Keystone Data LLC is not a consumer reporting agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq.

Prohibited FCRA-related uses

Our products and services are not intended to be used—and must not be used—by consumers (or by any party) for:

• Tenant screening (housing eligibility decisions)
• Pre-employment screening (employment eligibility decisions)
• Volunteer screening
• Credit eligibility, insurance eligibility, or any other purpose regulated by the FCRA
• Any decision that determines a consumer’s eligibility for a benefit, based in whole or in part on our information

Permitted uses (examples):

Examples of generally permitted uses include:

• Property research for informational purposes
• Document retrieval and record referencing
• Due diligence support that does not constitute a consumer report
• Internal business research and workflow support
